Dancewave?s three pre-professional dance companies present culminating performances in Spring Celebration 2010. The premiere company, Dancewave Company, will perform work by acclaimed choreographers, including David Dorfman, Susan Marshall, Carla Maxwell (José Limón), Donald McKayle and Jawole Willa Jo Zollar. Dancewave Company II will perform work by dance-makers Jamal Jackson, Elisa Monte and Astrid von Ussar. The youngest group, Young Movers Ensemble, will perform restaged and original work by NYC-based emerging choreographer Meghan McCoy.
