"Netta Yerushalmy's dances, like fresh hot spices, are pungent, potent, head-clearing. Her performers meet near-impossible demands of extreme propulsive movements."
-Village Voice

American-born Israeli choreographer Netta Yerushalmy peers into solitary lives existing simultaneously and in close proximity as part of New York's cityscape in Rooms Without a View. The single connection each performer has to one another is the arbitrarily shared location in an apartment building.

Yerushalmy joins Lily Baldwin, Lawrence Cassella, Toni Melaas, Jesse Zaritt, and Joanna Kotze in performance.

Stage design by Lenore Doxsee, sound design by Mark Degli Antoni, and lighting design by Carol Mullins.

Rooms Without a View is made possible, in part, with funds from the 2009-2010 Danspace Project Commissioning Initiative with support from the Jerome Foundation. Additional support was received from a MCAF grant from LMCC and the Office of Cultural Affairs, Consulate General of Israel in New York.
