Performances are followed by discussions and informal receptions that allow both the artist and the audience a greater perspective on the other's viewpoint. Admission is free. For this shared concert, Pamela Pietro and Samantha Speis offer sneak peeks of new works. Pietro, an assistant arts professor at NYU-Tisch, will perform a solo work about finding "the one." Urban Bush Women apprentice Speis returns to Danspace after making her debut with fellow Virgina Commonwealth University alumni as part of our Academy Dances series.
